About your order
-Available online 24 hours a day. (Excluding service downtime due to maintenance, etc.) After completing your order, a sales contract between you and our company will be established when you receive an order completion email with the subject line "Thank you for your order" from our company.
About the process after ordering
[For regular products]
1. After confirming your order, we will check inventory and place the order with the overseas manufacturer.
2. After the product arrives at our overseas warehouse, we will inspect it at our store and if there are no problems, we will ship it. (In the unlikely event that a defect is found, we will request a replacement from the manufacturer, so it may take longer than usual for it to arrive.)
3.Once the shipment is ready, we will provide you with the tracking number.
4.The tracking number will be reflected 2-3 days after shipment. Usually, it will be delivered in about 1 week after shipping. Large items will be shipped by surface mail. If shipped by sea, it will take approximately one week to one month for delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding cancellation after ordering
Once payment has been completed, cancellations or changes cannot be made under any circumstances. Please be sure to check before placing your order. You cannot cancel your order even if you do not receive the email. Please be sure to check your email settings.
About delivery time
Immediate delivery items will be shipped within 3 business days after confirming your order or payment. Normally, products will be shipped after confirming your order, so it will take approximately 2 weeks to 1 and a half months. For large items, it may take up to 2 months. It will vary depending on the product. Please note.
*If reserved items are included in the same cart, they will be bundled together, and will be shipped as soon as all items are ready. If you are in a hurry, please be sure to check the delivery estimate before purchasing.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to a large number of applications, product delivery status, delivery company's busy season, year-end and New Year holidays, or bad weather.
*We are unable to provide any specific shipping date or progress status. Thank you for your understanding.
*During long-term holidays, ordering and shipping may not be available. After shipping is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number to your email address.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee the expected arrival date.
For shipping charges
Shipping fee is 1000 yen. However, if you purchase over 10,000 yen, shipping is free. If the item is returned due to long-term absence, actual additional shipping charges will be incurred. Please be sure to receive the item within the storage period. Please note that extra shipping charges may apply for extra large items. In that case, we will confirm via email.
About delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and other remote islands
Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, etc. is not possible. Please note that if you place an order, it will be automatically canceled.
About the product
・There may be a smell peculiar to overseas products. If you leave it in a well-ventilated place for a few days, it will gradually become thinner, so please try it.
・All products are purchased directly from overseas manufacturers. Unlike Japanese manufacturers, our products are based on overseas standards, so some items may be rough. We ask that you please acknowledge.
- Gold products and some products may have unevenness, unevenness, or peeling of the paint.
・As this is an overseas product, the characters of the country of manufacture may occasionally be visible.
・There may be errors in size.

About cooling off
Since our shop is a mail order store, the [cooling-off system] does not apply. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding cancellation from our store
We take great care in listing items, but if the item is out of stock or we cannot guarantee the quality of the item, we may contact you to cancel the item.
In the above cases, we may contact you some time after placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. (Please note that even if an item is in stock, if it is found to be defective during inspection, it may be out of stock.)
Regarding delivery
Regarding delivery of large furniture items Large items with a packaging size of 160 cm or more on all three sides will be delivered to the entrance of the delivery address specified by the orderer. It is not possible to enter inside through the front door.
*In the case of apartment complexes, it will be handed over at the entrance on the 1st floor. In the case of large furniture, since it is large and heavy, we may ask the customer to help unload it from the truck.
About inquiries
Our store is currently unable to respond to telephone inquiries. Please contact us using the email form below. I will respond in order. If your inquiry falls on a long holiday such as Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or the year-end and New Year holidays, it may take some time for us to respond.
If the item was damaged during shipping
When the product arrives, please check the exterior and product for damage on the spot. If the package is found to be damaged, please notify the delivery person and refuse the delivery. If you receive a damaged product, we will not be able to provide any compensation as it will not be recognized as an accident during shipping.
