Is it possible to cancel my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with our bank account details and instructions. After confirmation, we ask that you make the payment within 7 days of placing your order. About shipping

How long is the delivery time?

Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 3 business days after your order or payment is confirmed. Since our regular products are ordered from overseas, it takes an average of 2 weeks to 1 and a half months for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the product. Please note.

Is it possible to specify the delivery date and time?

Some products have not arrived

We inspect all products at our store. If a defect is found during the inspection process, we will repurchase or exchange the item. In that case, we may ship another item first. Thank you for your understanding.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping fee is 1,000 yen. However, if you purchase over 10,000 yen, shipping is free.

*If the item is returned due to long-term absence, additional shipping charges will be incurred. Please be sure to receive the item within the storage period.

Tracking number not issued

Our store issues a tracking number after shipping is completed, but the tracking number will normally be reflected 3 days after shipping. If it is not reflected, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check again later.

There is no tracking number listed

Normally, we will provide you with a tracking number at the time of shipment, but in the case of large items, the tracking number may not be issued until after the item has cleared customs. In that case, we will not provide you with a tracking number. We will check the delivery status at our store, so please contact us via email. In addition, it will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks from shipment to arrival.

Regarding delivery of large items

The order will be delivered to the door of the delivery address designated by the orderer. It is not possible to enter inside through the front door.

*In the case of apartment complexes, it will be delivered to the entrance on the 1st floor. In the case of large furniture, since it is large and heavy, we may ask the customer to help unload it from the truck to the customer's front door.

Can you deliver to Okinawa Prefecture?

We apologize, but we are unable to deliver to Okinawa Prefecture or other remote island areas. Please note that if you place an order, it will be automatically canceled.

Can you issue a receipt?

If you would like to receive a receipt in the name of a corporation, please enter it when ordering. It will be issued separately from the delivery of the product and sent by email.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive for more than two weeks, please contact us. Depending on your email settings, it may end up in your spam folder, or you may not be able to send a receipt to carrier addresses such as docomo, softbank, or au because you cannot attach a receipt. In that case, please contact us with your Gmail address separately.

Does a cooling-off apply?

Since our shop is a mail order store, the cooling-off system does not apply. We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience. Please note.

Can you do wrapping?

We apologize, but we do not offer gift wrapping services.
