■About cancellation after ordering
・Due to the nature of our store's made-to-order sales, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience after an order is confirmed.
■If the product is damaged when you receive it
Please check the contents with the delivery person on the spot. Although we thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, we ask that you please check the product for defects or defects as soon as you receive the product.
